- Sound wave propagation: Ultrasound is a sound wave with a frequency above the range of human hearing, usually above 20 kilohertz (kHz). These high-frequency sound waves can propagate in a medium (usually a liquid) as mechanical waves.
- Sound wave generation: Ultrasonic waves are generated by an ultrasonic generator. The piezoelectric crystal in the generator compresses and expands under the action of an electric field, thereby generating high-frequency vibration and converting electrical energy into sound energy.
- Sound wave conduction: The generated ultrasonic waves are propagated to the surface of the object being cleaned through a conductive device (usually water or cleaning fluid).

- Bubble explosion: These bubbles rapidly expand and contract under the action of high pressure and high temperature, and finally collapse instantly, producing the so-called "acoustic bubble explosion effect", releasing huge impact force and vortex, which will remove dirt and dirt attached to the surface of the object to be cleaned. - Physical impact cleaning: The physical impact generated by this high-frequency vibration and bubble explosion effect can completely remove dirt and impurities from the surface of the object being cleaned, achieving efficient cleaning results.
