Core of process control: The control panel is responsible for setting and precisely regulating key parameters such as extrusion temperature, screw rotation speed, pulling speed, and winding tension, ensuring the stable operation of the production process. 

Operation interface: As a human-computer interaction platform, it displays real-time operating data such as pressure and current, and issues alarm prompts to the operator. At the same time, it integrates safety interlock protection functions. 

Intelligent management tool: It has built-in recipe storage and invocation functions, allowing for quick switching between different raw material process files and recording production data. This facilitates quality traceability and automated management.

Cast Film Die

1. Forming and thickness control: The molten material is squeezed out through the narrow gap of the die lip, forming a continuous and uniform molten film. This directly determines the width, thickness uniformity and surface flatness of the film. 

2. Temperature and stability control: Maintain the melt at the optimal flow temperature to prevent localized overheating or uneven cooling, ensuring the stability of extrusion.

3. Uniform melt distribution: The high-temperature molten plastic from the extruder is evenly distributed throughout the width of the die lip within the die head through precise channels, ensuring consistent lateral flow.

 Structural Composition

• Right-side white roll & guide roller set: The unwinding (feeding) unit, used to load the film roll to be processed (the red film in the image is the base material/film to be processed). It achieves smooth unwinding and initial tension control of the film through the guide rollers.

• Left-side red rubber roller & metal roller set: The traction (nip) unit, consisting of a driven rubber roller and a pressure roller, which is the core power structure for film transportation.

• Middle guide roller/slitting structure: Used for film guidance and tension stabilization, and some models can integrate an online slitting function here.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper,start the machine and cutting the paper.And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.  
Q3. if the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good .
